#LitterWatch2017: Week 18

If you’re starting to think this is looking more or less the same every week, you’re not the only one. The litter seems to have reached a plateau, with the amount of fading on each piece being the main change. And, in some cases, the complete lack of change: the carrier bag, “biodegradable” balloon, tobacco pouch, and Lucozade bottle look like they were just put outside yesterday.

If you want to help us stop litter from getting to this state in the wild, come along to next weekend’s Community Clean Up at Monkton Park. We’ll be taking part in the Big Avon Tidy Up on Saturday, 13th May from 10:00am until noon, meeting in our usual location near the basketball courts. Hope to see you then!
