That basically sums up today’s Community Clean Up in Monkton Park. Cold weather and snow flurries failed to deter a group of volunteers who managed to collect 19 bags of general rubbish and 9 bags of recycling from Monkton Park. We’ll be doing a more precise tally of the recycling later this week after feeling returns to our fingers and toes.
In the meantime, keep an eye out for our chalk trails in local parks,
take part in the ChippenGo game (and have the opportunity to win £250 in
vouchers to local shops and restaurants), put a Love Chippenham poster up at your workplace, and consider taking part in our Residential Bin Trial.
