I don’t know about you, but I’m really not sure how we’re already in July.
For me, June disappeared in a haze of Q&A prep, guidebook creation, and developing a brand new website for Mr. Off the Ground.
Jon has been an integral part of my journey in the battle against litter, from our start as Rubbish Walks back in 2014 and through each incarnation of Off the Ground ever since. As I began to focus more on litter prevention, he took over running the Chippenham litter picks—including a memorable one in a downpour!
However, it was his parody prowess that helped land us one of our first radio interviews; check out his version of Simon and Garfunkel’s Keep the Customer Satisfied: Keep the Trash off Our Countryside. For an encore, he followed this up with a version of Stars from Les Misérables.
Why am I telling you all of this? Well, his new website is now up and running: you can get your own non-rubbish parody made for your business or special occasion (birthday, stag/hen dos, weddings, anniversaries, etc.). And consider checking out his voiceover work at Chippenham Museum’s Francis Kilvert exhibition from 5 July–9 October.
